Drop PDFs or images here, or choose them. Merge, split, reorder, rotate, edit, sign, convert or compress — as many steps as you like, with undo — and download one checked file.
PDFs up to 300 MB each, 5,000 pages in all; JPG, PNG and other images become pages. Password-protected PDFs ask for their password.

About this tool
What it does
Delete PDF Pages removes the pages you do not want — a blank page from a scan, an old cover, an appendix — and downloads the shorter PDF. Select pages by clicking them, or type their numbers such as 2, 5-7. The panel says how many pages go and how many stay before anything changes, and every deletion can be undone. The remaining pages are copied unchanged into the new file, which is checked before you download it.
How to use it
- Choose a PDF, or drop it on the page.
- Select the pages to remove in the grid, or type their numbers in the Delete panel.
- Press Delete. The pages leave the grid; Ctrl+Z brings them back.
- Press Download PDF to save the file without them.
Limits and your data
- At least one page must stay: a PDF with no pages is not a valid file.
- Deleting a page removes it from the new file. It is not redaction: it cannot hide one line or picture on a page that stays.
- Files up to 300 MB each, 1 GB and 5,000 pages in all. A password-protected PDF asks for its password when added.
- Pages are copied as they are, which keeps their quality, but what belongs to the whole document rather than to a page is not carried over: bookmarks, the document outline, file attachments and accessibility tags. Links between pages may stop working. The title of the first file is kept.
- Fillable form fields keep their appearance but may no longer be fillable, and any digital signature in the original is no longer valid in the new file — a signature covers the exact file that was signed.
- Your PDFs are read and written in this browser tab. They are not uploaded to ToolsDev or anyone else, and nothing is saved: closing the tab ends the session, so download what you want to keep (the page asks before you leave with work not downloaded). The page downloads its own code, and pdf.js's fonts and image decoders when a page needs them, from toolsdev.in — none of those requests carries your document.
Questions
Is a deleted page really gone from the file?
Yes. The new file is built only from the pages that remain, so a deleted page's text and images are not in it. Your original file is not changed.
Can I delete pages using the keyboard?
Yes. Move to a page with the arrow keys, select pages with Space, and press Delete or Backspace.
How do I remove blank pages from a scan?
Look through the page pictures, select each blank page with Ctrl or ⌘-click, and press Delete. Automatic detection of blank pages is not built.
Can I undo a deletion after downloading?
Yes, while the tab is open. The History list keeps every step; undo, then download again.
Will the file get smaller?
Usually. It loses the deleted pages and anything only they used, such as their images. Fonts shared with the remaining pages stay.
