Calculators follow the published rules they name and are tested against worked examples, but a result is an estimate for your information. It is not financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Before you sign a loan, file a return or make an investment, check the figure with the official source the tool cites or with a qualified professional.

Government rates and limits are shown with their source and the date they apply from. They change, and there can be a gap between an announcement and this site being updated.

Live information comes from others

Weather, exchange rates, news and book listings come from other organisations, credited on each page that shows them and used under their own terms. They can be late, incomplete or wrong, and a source can stop answering. Do not rely on them for trading, travel safety or any decision where a delay matters.

No ads

ToolsDev shows no advertising and loads no third-party script. The privacy page says exactly what the site sends, and to whom.

Your account

An account is optional; every tool works without one. If you create one, keep access to your email or Google account safe, because that is how you sign in. You can download or delete everything your account holds from You at any time; the privacy page says what an account holds and for how long. An account used to abuse the site may be suspended.

Fair use

Use the site as a person would. Do not attack it, try to get round its limits, collect its data in bulk, call its API outside normal use of these pages, or use it to break the law or harm anyone.

Content

The site’s own text, design and code belong to ToolsDev. Stories, books and other material from public domain or openly licensed sources are credited where they appear and stay under their own licences. Anything you type into a tool stays yours; tools do not send it to us.

No guarantee

The site is free and provided as it is. We work to keep it correct and available, but we do not promise that it is error-free or always online. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from relying on a result or from the site being unavailable. Nothing here takes away rights you have under Indian law that cannot be excluded.

Changes and law

When these terms change, the date at the top changes too. They are governed by the laws of India. Questions about them go to the address on the contact page.
