See what time it is right now in the cities you work with, travel to or call family in. Each card shows the local time, whether it is day or night there, and how far ahead or behind your own clock it is — including when that city is already on tomorrow’s date.

Your browser already contains the official IANA time-zone database, the same one used by phones and operating systems. SmartTools asks it for each city’s current offset from UTC, so daylight-saving changes in places like London or New York are applied automatically on the right date.

Zones with unusual offsets are handled exactly: India is UTC+5:30, Nepal is UTC+5:45, and parts of Australia shift by half an hour for daylight saving.

The cities you add, remove or reorder are saved in your browser’s storage. Nothing is sent anywhere, there is no account, and the page keeps working with no internet connection once it has loaded.

The sun and moon icons are a simple day or night hint based on the local hour (6 am to 6 pm counts as day). They are not sunrise and sunset times, which depend on latitude and season.

When it is late evening where you are, cities far to the east have already passed midnight. The card labels the date difference so meeting times are not off by a day.
