Packing Slip Generator

Packing Slip Generator makes the list that goes inside a parcel: what was packed and how many, without prices, so the person opening the box can check it. It suits online sellers, wholesalers and anyone sending goods to a customer, branch or event. Add the sender and the address it is going to, the slip number, date and order number, then each item with its SKU or code, quantity and unit. Quantities are added up per unit, so 12 mugs and 3.5 kg of rice are totalled as “12 nos, 3.5 kg” rather than an unhelpful 15.5. The number of packages, total weight, carrier and tracking number go in a shipment box, and the slip has a tick column for each item and lines for the packer and the receiver to sign. Print it, or save it as a PDF to email with the dispatch.

• Shipping labels with barcodes are not printed here; make a barcode for the order number with the barcode generator if your process uses one.
